Our Mission
At the Honor Craft Foundation, we are dedicated to serving distressed veterans and first responders by providing a safe haven and a path toward self-sufficiency. As a non-profit organization, our mission is rooted in compassion, skill-building, and community support.
Our program is centered on the healing power of purposeful work and shared experiences. Guests at our organic sustainable farm and woodshop actively contribute to the daily operations, learning valuable skills in agriculture, craftsmanship, and teamwork. In addition, participants will utilize and hone their leadership abilities, fostering personal growth while thriving in a supportive team environment. These experiences equip them with the tools and confidence needed to pursue a fulfilling and productive future.

We intentionally create a therapeutic environment free from traditional clinical structures. Instead, we rely on the bonds formed between individuals who share similar traumas and life experiences. This peer-driven approach provides a unique and meaningful support system that inspires understanding, resilience, and hope.

Our vision extends beyond temporary assistance. Long-term, dedicated participants have the opportunity to become permanent members of the team as "Guides." These in-house counselors not only provide mentorship and encouragement but also demonstrate the importance of leadership and accountability in advancing our mission. Together, we bring men and women out of the "Fog of War" to a place of responsibility, productivity, and purpose.
